Some people have oily skin naturally. Some get because of pollution, amd other factors. But anyhow the oily skin problem is like ugh! to skin. Our oily glands in skin called sabeceous glands are the cause to major skin issues like acne, pimples, blackheads all all other issues. Our skin is also affected by our diet. Healthy diet makes our skin Glowing, junky and unhealthy diet causes skin problem. Have you all ever wondered what to eat for oily skin?? I also used to think this diet would do nothing to skin but I changed my diet and saw my skin was little oily. And after few days it was changed a lot. TIPS FOR OILY SKIN

  • Don’t use soaps to wash your face. As it can spread more skin infections. Prefer using pimple/oil free face wash.
  • Always keep a tissue paper in handy. When your skin is oily. Not too much but gently rub off your skin with tissue paper. This works.
  • Wash your face twice a day. Don’t overwash your face as your skin get wrinkles and becomes dull faster.
  • Use natural remedies atleast once a week.

NATURAL REMEDY FOR OILY SKIN

Ingredients

  • Oats
  • Tomoto juice
  • Honey

Method

Add a tablespoon of oats with with 1 teaspoon of tomoto juice. Blend well. After add 1/2 teaspoon of honey and apply this face pack for 10 to 15 mins. After wash it off. Do this remedy at least twice a week. This remedy reduces the production of sabeceous glands in our skin and your skin is less oily now.

What To Eat??

1. Citrus Fruits

Citrus fruits detoxify the extra oil in skin making it glowing and healthier. Citrus fruits like lemons, oranges have vitamin C which benefits your skin. They flush out impurities out of your skin making it extra healthy. So include citrus fruits in your diet.

2. Leafy Veggies 

Leafy veggies are good for your entire body. It benefits your skin. And it’s best food to eat for weak eyesight. Leafies like kale, spinach, broccoli don’t have extra fats or oil. They are rich in fibers. These veggies clear our skin pores and make them oil-free and supple. So include leafy veggies in your lunch.

3. Lentils

Lentils and pulses are calcium rich and are full of fiber. They have amino acids that stop the oil production in your skin, and facilates clear skin.



4. Avacados

Avacodos make a great face pack for skin as well as proven a beneficial food item for healthy skin. These avacados have good fatty acids that prevent skin oil secretion. Avacados also makes great salads.

5. Coconut Water

Coconut water keeps our skin and body hydrated. Coconut water flushes out all our body toxins and clean your skin pores. They prevent skin issues like acne, pimples. Coconut are rich in potassium, magnesium and Vitamin C.

2. Dairy Products 

These dairy products are a huge part of our diet. But they are deadly dangerous to oily skin. As they are high in proteins and fats.

3. Tea And Coffee

This caffeine makes a part of our day. But aren’t for oily skin. They dehydrate your body and drains your energy. So these makes your skin oily and greasy.



4. No Junk

Junk foods have high amount of trans and saturated fats which are not good for your skin and body. Especially for oily skin. Consuming a lot of saturated fats causes inflammation in your skin. Trans fats are also not good for your skin. So check labels and try to buy less fats food.

5. Sugar 

Mainly added sugar are not for your heary diseases and mainly skin. These sugar spike your levels up your sugar quantity in your blood insulin. So decrease your quantity for cakes, pastries (yumm, but) cold drinks. Consume natural sugars of fruits like apple, guavas, peaches.

6. Salty Foods And Snacks

Salt also dehydrate the body which causes inflammation. So try to avoid salted nuts, chips, crackers.

7. Alcohol

Alcohol also dehydrate your body and drains all your energy. This causes skin breakouts like acne, pimples and skin problems. Alcohol makes your skin greasy and oily.
