Mostly all women and girls too love long hair. But we suffer from a painful problem of tangled hair. Thin hair are weak and they get together which is a problem for us. 1. Get Your Hair Smoothen
Get your smoothen. I mean to say smooth hair have less problem of tangles. So either by natural remedy method or keretin treatment method, prefer your hair smooth. I prefer the DIY natural remedy. This takes a little bit of effort and time but you can avoid those chemicals. So check it out.
- 1. Extra virgin coconut oil
- 2. Vitamin E oil
Warm up 1-2 tablespoon of coconut oil. Add coconut oil according to your hair length. Add 4-5 drops of vitamin E oil. Apply the oil with your hands from the roots (from downwards of the hair). Leave for 30 mins and wash it off with sulfate free shampoo. Do this twice a week for smooth hair. If you have dandruff then don’t use vitamin E oil in it as it contain high moisture as you can get more dandruff.
2. Trim Your Hair
Trim your hair to take out damaged hair as your hair will be well trimmed and tangle-free.
3. Condition Your Hair After Shampoo
Conditioning after shampooing helps lock the moisture in your hair. Use always sulphate-free shampoo. Apply condition from the roots of hair. Rinse your hair throughly with warm water not hot water. After wrap up a warm towel around your hair and leave for 5-10 mins.
4. Oiling Helps
Not regularly, but a week also does. Applying oil makes damaged hair soft and also get rid of headache, stress and tension. Oiling to scalp have many benefits. Apply the above mentioned remedy for best oiling results.
5. Remove Tangles With Fingers
Not comb, but fingers. Always remove your tangles with fingers as they detangle easily and does not have the problem of more hair breakage. Remove tangled hair gently to not break your hair.
6. Use Wide Tooth Brush
Remember to use wide tooth brush to comb your hair. It helps your hair to not tangle.
7. Don’t Over Comb Your Hair
Over combing your hair makes them weak and thin. So atleast comb your hair once a day.
8. Last But Not Least – Healthy Eating
Eat healthy and calcium rich diets. Also prefer taking Vitamin E capsule. Eat foods like salmon, milk and flaxseeds. Almonds, leafy green veggies, oats and olive oil also does well to your hair.
When your hair is 80% dry, then brush or comb your hair with wide tooth comb. Brushing your hair in a little wet will make them set and doesn’t tangle and make your hair fuss.
